Connect your parts catalogue to supported sales channels
Maintaining several sales channels can mean repeated listing work and extra stock checks. Start by identifying which system holds your current stock quantities.
Already selling on eBay?
If your products and stock quantities are maintained on eBay, you can connect your existing eBay seller account to Prime. Applicable listings and stock information can then appear on Prime Marketplace without recreating each listing manually.
During onboarding, review product identifiers, images, compatibility information and stock quantities. For single-quantity parts, confirm how stock changes and orders are handled before expanding the catalogue.
Agree the connections your operation needs
If your website or another inventory system controls stock, tell Prime which system you use. Available feeds, APIs or other connections are assessed before setup. Do not assume every external channel, unified inbox, offer workflow or instant stock update is included; supported features are confirmed for your operation.
Keep your existing sales channels
Prime does not require exclusivity. You can retain and dispatch your own stock and continue selling elsewhere. Third-party channel fees remain separate. Fulfilment and Prime Yard software are optional, separately priced services.
Test the workflow with a selected range
Agree a representative set of products, confirm catalogue quality and check the stock and order process before a wider rollout. This establishes a practical setup; it does not guarantee demand or sales.
