Our story

Built around the work.
Built in Scotland.

Prime brings together the practical work behind automotive parts: identifying stock, organising records, listing, storing and dispatching.

REAL PEOPLE. REAL PARTS. OUR OPERATION.

The work behind every record.

THE OPERATION, OPENED UP

A working warehouse.
Every stage connected.

Follow the work from a vehicle arriving to a part leaving the warehouse. Choose a stage to see the people, process and records behind it.

STAGE 01 / 07

Start with the vehicle. Keep its story.

Record the vehicle and the work agreed with the client before processing starts. Its identity gives the team a reference to follow through dismantling and stock handling.

  • Arrival and job status
  • Agreed processing work

Choose the support you need. Fulfilment clients can join with ready-to-store parts; marketplace-only sellers hold and dispatch their own stock. Services are agreed before work starts.

Walk through your operation ↗

Nothing is written off.

A practical approach to automotive parts.

Prime’s roots are in the used-parts trade in Scotland. Getting a usable part back into service means more than finding a buyer: it needs identification, records, photographs, storage and careful handling.

That operational work shapes our services. Businesses can use the marketplace, discuss fulfilment, run Prime Yard software or explore the standalone Business Partner Program.

Our services also support conversations with new and OEM suppliers. The starting point is the same: understand the products, agree who handles each task and make the costs clear.

We show you the relevant workflow and confirm the services you need before onboarding.

The discipline behind the business

Growth should make sense—in the operation and in the numbers.

“I am not only here to look at the numbers. As a business partner in Prime, I am involved in building the company, making decisions and helping turn real experience in automotive parts into software that can support other businesses in the industry. My focus is to make sure we grow in a way that is practical, profitable and built to last.”

Jeevan is a Financial Director and business partner in Prime. He brings financial discipline to the day-to-day decisions that shape the company—from costs, stock and profitability to the systems being developed for automotive-parts businesses.

Prime’s software is informed by the experience gained from operating a real automotive-parts business, but it is built to help other businesses too. The aim is to give operators better control of their stock, sales, costs and performance, so they can grow with greater confidence.

  • Know the real cost
  • Make better decisions
