Fees and subscriptions

The marketplace subscription is waived initially. An 8% sales commission and £0.30 processing fee per order apply from the first sale. Once sales exceed £1,000 in one month, we discuss a subscription package with you and agree it before charging.

Fulfilment and storage are optional, separately charged services. Prime Yard has its own software plans and two software months free from go-live; extensions are agreed in writing. Equipment is separate. See current service prices and your written agreement for applicable VAT and charges.

How do I get started?

Sign up free and we’ll send your login details. Connect your eBay account and get started. Prime Academy and in-app tutorials guide you through the steps, with help by phone or Google Meet when you need it. No paid training package is required.

How do my listings reach Prime?

Connect your eBay account to bring applicable listings and stock into Prime. If you use another stock system, contact us to review your setup. We do not promise compatibility with every external system.

When are seller funds released?

Seller funds are released after courier tracking confirms delivery. Check your seller statement for the applicable sales charges and any refund or dispute holds. Release is not a guarantee of when your bank will credit the payment.

Who handles dispatch and returns?

Confirm who dispatches each order and the applicable returns process in your seller agreement. Prime fulfilment is optional and separately charged; joining Marketplace does not include free warehousing or dispatch.

Can I leave?

There is no minimum commitment. Give 30 days’ notice to leave. Applicable sales and service charges remain payable.
