Before you join
Your questions, answered.
Is joining completely fee-free?
The marketplace subscription is waived initially. An 8% sales commission and £0.30 processing fee per order apply from the first sale. Once sales exceed £1,000 in one month, we discuss a subscription package with you and agree it before charging.
Can I keep selling elsewhere?
Yes. Prime does not require exclusivity. Any third-party channel fees remain separate.
Can Prime store and dispatch my stock?
Yes, subject to an agreed fulfilment arrangement. M2 receiving, storage, dispatch and specialist charges are separate from marketplace fees.
Can I add software at the same time?
Yes. Choose marketplace and Prime Yard together on the joining form. We only ask for your shared business details once.
Can I bring my eBay catalogue to Prime?
If your products and stock quantities are maintained on eBay, connect your existing eBay seller account to bring applicable listings and stock information onto Prime Marketplace. We review the catalogue and stock workflow during onboarding. If another system controls your stock, tell us which one so we can assess a suitable connection.
When are seller funds released?
Prime releases seller funds after courier tracking confirms that the goods have reached the customer.
