REAL PEOPLE. REAL PARTS. OUR OPERATION.

The work behind every record.

Before stock arrives

Prepare the handover before anything moves.

Prime reviews the actual stock and agrees the receiving route before the inbound delivery. Prepare these three areas first.

01

Share the stock file

Provide stable SKUs, descriptions, quantities, manufacturer or OEM references, dimensions, weights and any specialist handling needs.

02

Confirm the physical shipment

Confirm cartons or pallets, the proposed arrival date, carrier details and any unloading needs. Do not send stock until suitability and the receiving arrangement are confirmed.

03

Agree the order rules

Confirm pick-and-pack requirements, parcel or freight carriers, dispatch information and returns responsibilities in writing.

For a new range, start with a representative shipment and reconcile what was received before expanding the volume.

Practical questions

Plan your fulfilment.

Do you handle new and used parts?

Discuss either with us. Suitability depends on the actual stock and its handling and transport requirements.

Is postage included in pick & pack?

No. Courier, postage and third-party freight are separate and depend on the shipment.

Are returns charged more than once?

The returns administration rate is £5 + VAT per returned order. There is no additional small/large return-processing fee.

What information helps you quote?

Tell us your product categories, typical dimensions and weights, stock quantity, monthly orders, current location and destination markets.

Your next step

Let’s find your fit.

Tell us what you sell and what you need help with. We’ll explain the suitable services and agree the next steps.

No minimum commitment. Leave any model with 30 days’ notice. Applicable sales and service charges remain payable.
