Marketplace
The marketplace subscription is waived initially. An 8% sales commission and £0.30 processing fee per order apply from the first sale. Once sales exceed £1,000 in one month, we discuss a subscription package with you and agree it before charging.
VAT treatment and any additional services are confirmed in the applicable pricing and agreement.

No M2 subscription, setup fee or fulfilment commission. All rates below exclude VAT. Sales-channel charges are separate.

Prime confirms stock classification at check-in. Mixed pallets are received as individual parts. The higher handling/storage class applies where more than one category fits. Vehicle storage changes to applicable parts-storage rates once dismantled stock is received. Specialist stock and transport need agreement before delivery.

Two software months free from go-live; extensions agreed in writing. Equipment and other services are charged separately.

Rental starts on day one. We check compatibility before you use existing equipment. Give 30 days’ notice to end rental and arrange return; missing or damaged equipment is charged at repair or replacement cost. Equipment installation is arranged separately from free signup.

No additional small/large return-processing fee or separate £20 pallet-freight handling charge. Specialist requirements use the relevant agreed service schedule.
Guidance and financial responsibility
Cat B facilitation and vehicle-purchase guidance reflect Prime’s knowledge and practical experience using the information available. They do not guarantee vehicle condition, resale value, profit, recovery of your budget or time to sell. Your purchase decisions and budget remain your responsibility. Guidance alone does not commit Prime to fund purchases, repay capital, cover losses or buy back stock. Any separate commitment must be expressly agreed in writing. Prime’s agreed service obligations and rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
