Walk through your operation ↗

REAL PEOPLE. REAL PARTS. OUR OPERATION.

The work behind every record.

How the program works

Agree responsibilities before you start.

  1. 01

    Discuss suitability and budget

Share your proposed initial budget and experience. We explain the service scope and responsibilities.

  2. 02

    Make your purchase decisions

You retain control of your budget, vehicles and stock. Guidance is experience-based, without guaranteed outcomes.

  3. 03

    Prime delivers agreed services

These can include dismantling, quality checks, QR labels, photography, listing, storage, dispatch, returns and reporting.

Then manage your business online. Review performance, adjust prices and monitor stock, orders, returns and payouts through your dashboard.

Prepare for your partner demonstration

Bring four things to the conversation.

  1. 01

    Proposed budget

The amount and currency, and what the budget needs to cover.

  2. 02

    Vehicle and parts interests

The vehicle types, makes, models or parts you want to focus on, and how you plan to source them.

  3. 03

    Your responsibilities

Who approves purchases, funds vehicle purchases, sets prices, arranges transport and reviews the dashboard.

  4. 04

    Questions for Prime

Service scope, charges, records, stock release, returns, payouts and cancellation.

You do not need a finished business plan. Use the demonstration to confirm suitability, responsibilities and the written scope before you commit.

Ownership & responsibility

Make an informed decision.

Vehicles and parts remain your property. Purchase and pricing decisions remain yours unless agreed otherwise. Your partner portal provides visibility of the agreed operation.

Guidance is not a financial commitment

Cat B facilitation and vehicle-purchase guidance reflect Prime’s knowledge and practical experience using the information available. They do not guarantee vehicle condition, resale value, profit, recovery of your budget or time to sell. Your purchase decisions and budget remain your responsibility. Guidance alone does not commit Prime to fund purchases, repay capital, cover losses or buy back stock. Any separate commitment must be expressly agreed in writing. Prime’s agreed service obligations and rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

No minimum commitment. Leave any model with 30 days’ notice. Applicable sales and service charges remain payable.

Before we speak

Useful questions.

How much should I initially put in?

Tell us the budget you are considering and its currency. We will discuss the work it needs to cover. We do not prescribe an investment return or guarantee recovery of your budget.

Does Prime buy the vehicles for me?

Vehicle purchase decisions and funding remain your responsibility unless a separate arrangement is expressly agreed in writing. Facilitation or guidance alone is not a funding commitment.

What does Prime manage?

The exact scope is agreed with you. It can cover intake, dismantling, quality checks, QR labels, photos, listing, storage, sales operations, fulfilment, returns and reporting.

Visibility alongside operational support

Follow the vehicles and parts in your agreed service, with recorded sales and costs helping you understand progress. Vehicle financial reporting and scrap records give the discussion a clear starting point.

Your next step

Let’s find your fit.

Tell us what you sell and what you need help with. We’ll explain the suitable services and agree the next steps.
