Free signup and access

Sign up free. We’ll email your login details within 1 working day. Log in, connect your eBay account and add stock. Prime Academy and in-app tutorials are available, with help by phone or Google Meet. No paid training package is required. A signup request does not start a paid subscription.

Choose your services

You can use Prime Marketplace, Prime Yard software or both. Fulfilment, storage and Business Partner Program services are separate and their scope and charges are agreed before work starts. Integrations: eBay today.

Marketplace fees and subscriptions

Free to join and list. The published marketplace offer is 8% commission plus £0.30 per order from the first sale. The marketplace subscription is waived initially. After sales exceed £1,000 in one month, we discuss and agree a subscription before charging. Sales-channel fees and other services are separate. See pricing and seller fees and payouts.

Prime Yard and equipment

Two software months free from the agreed go-live date. Any extension is agreed in writing. Equipment and other services are charged separately; use compatible equipment you already own or discuss the available options.

Your seller responsibilities

Keep your account secure and provide accurate business, stock, condition, compatibility, price, delivery and returns information. You are responsible for the parts you offer and for meeting the obligations that apply to your sales. Marketplace-only sellers retain their stock and dispatch their orders; any Prime fulfilment work must be agreed separately.

Payments and service changes

Payouts depend on order delivery status and any refunds or disputes. Your applicable payout arrangements are confirmed with your account; this page does not promise a fixed payout day. No fixed subscription price is stated here. Leave a service model with 30 days’ notice; applicable sales and service charges remain payable.

Additional agreements

Any specific written service agreement and agreed commercial schedule for your account should be read with these joining terms. Contact Prime before starting a service if the documents or prices supplied to you differ. Buyer terms for marketplace purchases are available on the marketplace website.
